JINGFANG® Plastic-steel PVC formwork is a new type of plastic formwork product, which adopts “New & Pure Plastic-steel PVC” as the only main raw material.

Épaisseur: 6 ~ 21 mm 

Density: 700kg/m³±1% (standard),  and the 600~900kg/m³ can be customized.

Color: Turquoise Green/Azure blue (original), others can be customized, including white, black, red, etc.

Popular dimensions: 4’*8’, thickness 12mm/15mm/18mm. 

3. Definition of Plastic-steel PVC & Origin of our product name

01. PVC plastique-acier est le genre de matériau de PVC principalement appliqué pour les fenêtres, qui ont des exigences élevées pour la résistance et la résistance aux UV, et devrait être pur, 100% nouveau, plutôt que recyclé ou dopé.

02. Since construction formwork has strict requirements for strength, so the New & Pure Plastic-steel PVC has been proved to be the most qualified and the best raw material choice for PVC formworks, since 10+ years ago. This is a well-known point in this industry.

03. Our product uses “New & Pure Plastic-steel PVC” as the only main raw material, which accounts for more than 96% (the rest 3~4% is for necessary additives). 

4. Advantages & disadvantages of New & Pure Plastic-steel PVC : 

Advantages:

1. High strength.

2. Qualified UV resistance and temperature resistance.

3. Pure, without impurities like calcium/plastic, etc.

Disadvantages：

High cost. It is almost 3-4 times higher than recycled PVC.
